Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 25 June 2023
Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-in time: 1:00 PM (1300 Hrs)
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM (1100 Hrs)
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Room Confirmation:
- Rooms are subject to availability.
- Confirmation of a reservation requires receipt of an advance payment.
Billing:
- Business travelers (B2B): Please provide your GST details at check-in for B2B invoices.
- Important: Bills cannot be modified after check-out and will be considered B2C (consumer).
Payment Terms:
- One-night reservations: Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Two-night reservations:
- 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Balance payment is due at check-in time.
Guest Identification:
- All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) at check-in.
Swimming Pool Usage:
- Lycra or nylon material swimming costumes are mandatory for pool use.
Rate Changes:
- Room rates are dynamic and subject to change based on occupancy.
- Quotes are valid for 12 hours only.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date will receive a full refund of the advance payment,minus:
- 3% cancellation charge for payments made by credit card, debit card, or payment gateway
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your check-in date will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
- Payment Method and Refunds:
- No cancellation charges will be applied for advance payments made through Google Pay or bank transfer.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
- The advance amount will be refunded directly to the beneficiary’s account upon submission of:
- Cancelled cheque
- Bank statement
- Bank passbook
Service Charges:
- Service charges will be levied only with the guest’s consent.
