Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 25 June 2023

Check-In/Check-Out:

  • Check-in time: 1:00 PM (1300 Hrs)
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM (1100 Hrs)
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Room Confirmation:

  • Rooms are subject to availability.
  • Confirmation of a reservation requires receipt of an advance payment.

Billing:

  • Business travelers (B2B): Please provide your GST details at check-in for B2B invoices.
  • Important: Bills cannot be modified after check-out and will be considered B2C (consumer).

Payment Terms:

  • One-night reservations: Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Two-night reservations:
    • 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
    • Balance payment is due at check-in time.

Guest Identification:

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) at check-in.

Swimming Pool Usage:

  • Lycra or nylon material swimming costumes are mandatory for pool use.

Rate Changes:

  • Room rates are dynamic and subject to change based on occupancy.
  • Quotes are valid for 12 hours only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date will receive a full refund of the advance payment,minus:
    • 3% cancellation charge for payments made by credit card, debit card, or payment gateway
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your check-in date will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

  • Payment Method and Refunds:
    • No cancellation charges will be applied for advance payments made through Google Pay or bank transfer.
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
    • The advance amount will be refunded directly to the beneficiary’s account upon submission of:
      • Cancelled cheque
      • Bank statement
      • Bank passbook

Service Charges:

  • Service charges will be levied only with the guest’s consent.
